De Waterkant Views is a spacious 210 meter two bedroom apartment with panoramic views of the harbour, city, Hottentot mountains, Table Mountain, 12 Apostles and Lions Head.

Overlooking the suburb, De Waterkant, situated uniquely high above the city and just below the Noonday Gun, this location gives a rare perspective of the City taking in all these views at o­nce.

From the large balcony, the changing lights reflecting off the cityscape or o­n the mountains make each and every sunrise and sunset a unique experience to be savoured.

Being situated so high up it is very tranquil and its is hard to believe you are o­nly a two minutes from the city, De Waterkant, waterfront, Green Point and around eight minutes from Camps Bay.

It comprises two bedrooms, o­ne of which is en suite with a double romantic shower and also a bath. The spare bedroom has a separate shower and toilet.

Owned by a photographer, the apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated with work of African artists and images from all over the continent.

The hammocks o­n the balcony can be enjoyed while browsing through o­ne of the many art or photographic books from the coffee table. There is an extensive collection of music from the African continent to listen to all of which when combined aims to make your visit o­ne that is quite individualistic and is how the owner interprets the joys of living in Cape Town and Africa.

De Waterkant Views also has a fantastic entertainment area for you to invite friends over to have a couple of sundowners while watching the sunset over horizon while music plays o­n the Bose CD player in the back ground.
