The house and the area of Oranjezicht lends itself well to a quiet and peaceful temperament. For the outdoor types, there is a path that can be taken directly from the house and onto Table Mountain for beautiful scenic walks and hiking trails.
Added features and services in the house include Satellite TV and a live in domestic worker, where there is the option to bring in more workers if needed.
