Situated at the top of a beautiful drive, this villa offers unsurpassed views across Hout Bay, the surrounding mountains, the town, the harbour and its stunning beach.

It has a double garage with direct house access and parking for a further three cars. The property has been designed to fully enhance the striking views. From the outside terrace you have a glorious 180 degree panorama over the Hout Bay coast line.

The heated infinity pool is framed by two separate terraces, o­ne with lush lawn and the other a wooden affair with barbeque and Hollywood style, sun loungers. Perfect for entertaining, it has a luxury patio couch, table for up to 14 guests, a covered section that offers shelter from the elements and direct house access. Hout Bay is renowned for is exquisite sunsets and this villa offers a truly world class vantage point.

The air conditioned lounge offers every conceivable modern comfort: plasma, satellite, DVD, ADSL, gas fireplace and opulent sofas which offer an unobstructed view across the infinity pool to the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.

The dining area has an elegant eight seater table which has direct terrace access and beach and mountain views. It is serviced through a large serving counter from a modern, state of the art kitchen and has a fully fitted separate scullery.


The air-conditioned master bedroom offers an o­n suite with double basins, spa bath, shower, and a king sized bed and a private balcony to enjoy the inspiring views.

Two other fully fitted, very comfortable bedrooms share a balconey that looks out over the rugged mountains and cool blue ocean.

A fourth bedroom with an innovative double/single/bunk configuration is perfect for kids or as daytime hideaway.


Hout Bay is a beautiful, bustling seaside village that is surrounded by impressive mountains, the majestic Sentinel to the west, so called because it guards over Hout Bay like a proud sentry and to the east is Chapmans Peak, home to o­ne of the most scenic drives in the world. Hout Bay has a long beautiful white sand beach, a working harbour where you can purchase crayfish and snoek, direct from the fisherman and some of the best seafood restaurants in the country.

The villa offers 24 hour manned security, its o­nly a two minute drive from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and thirty minutes to central Cape Town and Table Mountain.
