Ground level: Light and modern lounge, dining room and open plan kitchen area all leading out to a well contained outside area and small plunge pool.
2nd Level: Main bedroom with en-suite (toilet, basin and shower), large 2nd bedroom, main bathroom room (toilet, basin, shower & bath) and 3rd small room (main bedroom has queen size bed, room 2 & 3 have double beds)
3rd Level/Studio*: Has a kitchen set-up (without oven) and small bathroom (toilet & shower). This level has its own 6x6m patio. A double bed sleeper-couch can be added to the studio so that more people can be accommodated.


The house comes with all the usual amenities; dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DSTV, DVD player & Weber braai. There's also air-con in the studio. There's parking inside for 1 car only however there is safe, off-street parking in Ave St Denis.
