A prime 3 bedroom Clifton Residence. Built in late 2003, it's as though it's never been used. Everything is the best of the best - from the Miele facilities in the Kitchen to the rim flow pool with enchanting views of the ocean and Clifton 4th beach! This is the high life!

Once you take the fernicular ride to the entrance or if you manage the two very short flights of stairs, you will find travertine tiles throughout the house which will guide you through the sumptuous furnishings. If you decide to dine outside, the outside deck with wood burning fire and seperate gas bbq can be totally closed off with bespoke large American Style shutters. This outside area encases the large outdoor dining table as well as two seperate lounge suites.

Inside you are treated to a wood burning dual side fireplace, with the dining table o­n o­ne side and the lounge o­n the other. This is where we relax! Unless you're watching satellite TV in the leather sofa furnished TV room next door.

Three bedrooms o­n the top level are all en suite with magical views from the baths over the beach and ocean. The two main bedrooms open out o­nto a very large balcony with even more 180 degree beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Seaboard!
