Clifton Bachelor 1 is an executive, very comfortable, newly renovated, self-catering, 2nd floor bachelor (studio) apartment, with all the amenities and with views (from the balcony) of the famous "Clifton 4th Beach". Location, location, location!

This bachelor (ID 444) can be used in conjunction with ID 445 which is another bachelor o­n the same floor of the same block of apartments. The two flat doors are less than 10 meters apart.

In the apartment, there is a queen size bed and a double pull-out sleeper couch - sleeping up to 4 people (at a squeeze). Self-catering apartments (fridge, 2-plate stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, hair-dryer etc). Shower, no bath. It can be used as a special honeymoon retreat, family beach-holiday get-away, or for the business executive who wants to unwind in style.

First Beach Terraces are very centrally situated, close to:-
