The decor is tasteful and idyllic. The tones, fabrics and designs are tranquil and earthy with a contemporary edge.

The living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, separated o­nly by the bar style counter and chairs. The dining area is adequate for 8 guests and ideal for entertaining. The villa has two lounges, the top lounge walk out o­nto the wooden balcony; the second (downstairs) comes complete with a home entertainment centre and gas fireplace.

The main bedroom is a double and fully en suite, as well as a private outside shower. This bedroom opens up directly o­nto the wooden terrace with a pool and deckchairs. The second bedroom is also a double which is furnished similarly to the main bedroom with full en suite, as well as a computer, fax and ADSL internet connection. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with its stacked beds.

This prime spot is o­nly accessible via the stairs which is approximately a 3 minute walk from the street. The bungalow has underground parking at an additional cost.

The apartment offers personalised security from 6pm - 6am as well as Butler services and a Mercedes Sudan.
