House is set in a tropical and lush garden and boasts good sea and mountain views. It is in the deep glen so is in the most sought after and wind protected area of Camps Bay. Shanklin Crescent is one of the most prestigious roads in Camps Bay - 2 houses away there is a beautiful landscaped park for public use - natural river and children's playground. A five minute walk from the house, you are in the Glen - beautiful walks and mountain paths!! It is safe to walk here in the day.

House is child friendly and is suitable for a family - large garden level with house. Entire house is on one level except for separate flatlet (large ensuite room) which is at pool level.

Pool is extra large and one can swim lengths. It is sheltered from wind. There is a large tradewinds umbrella at pool area, 4 pool loungers and cushions and coffee table.

House has 4 bedrooms altogether:-

2 large sized bedrooms with queen beds, both with en suite bathrooms (bath, shower, vanity) - one of these bedrooms has its own self catering kitchenette and a separate entrance.
1 bedroom with queen bed (no ensuite)
1 bedroom with a single bed and a pull out bed underneath (no ensuite)
1 separate bathroom (shower, bath and vanity)
1 Guest toilet

Kitchen - eye level oven, microwave, electrical hob, fridge, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, one standard size fridge/freezer, separate bar fridge, separate bar freezer, filtered water tap for drinking.

House is fully alarmed 24 hour security (ADT Security) we also have an ADT guard hut 2 houses away - they do regular patrols day and night.
