This luxurious family villa is a spacious double-story house in Camps Bay - situated o­n the slopes of Table Mountain with fantastic views of the beach and the spectacular Cape Town sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is divided into two levels; the upper level sleeps up to 7 adults comfortably while the ground level has a spacious bachelor flat which can sleep 2 people.

Upon entering the house you pass through the private courtyard which leads into dining room which has a large 12 seat mahogany dining table and matching side-board. o­n the opposite side of the room, there are glass doors leading o­nto the private garden with views of Table Mountain, creating a naturally lit room with breathtaking views.

The spacious TV room with digital satellite TV (DSTV) and a DVD player is perfect for those long summer nights at home. (This could also double as a 5th bedroom)

The kitchen has loads of working space for the utmost convenience, with Built-in cupboards, twin sinks, washing machine, microwave, and electrical appliances. (With a back door that opens o­nto a barbeque area with views up to the mountain.)

There is a separate reading area, as well as a separate octagonal living room with views to the ocean and Lions Head Mountain.

The large main bedroom, with views of Table Mountain, has built in wardrobes, dressing table, armchair and large en-suite with twin wash hand basins, separate shower and Jacuzzi bath.

The second bedroom also has beautiful mountain views, with a queen size bed and built in wardrobes, and the third bedroom is an ideal children’s room. This extra large bedroom has 3 single beds, a wardrobe and a dressing table with mirrors. These two bedrooms share a separate large bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

The separate single flat is situated below the upper level via a spiral staircase from the upstairs living space.

The flat is open-plan with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom containing a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. This large living space has glass doors o­n 2 sides opening to stunning sea views, the pool and tranquil garden area. The best part of this stylish flat is that it also has a sauna.

This house has loads of security as well, the house has a single garage that has direct access to the first level of the house, whereas, the flat below is directly accessible through the secure motorised double garage o­n the ground level or a locked door that enters o­nto the garden.
