This exquisite villa is essentially contemporary yet classically inspired. With a total of seven floors there is nothing lacking in this gorgeous gem.

The front door to the residence is o­n the ground or bottom level and also houses three garages complete with a BMW 330ci and Caravelle TDi for your convenience, at an additional cost, should they be available. The first level is also the generous entrance lobby to the rest of this palatial villa and has access to the elevator as well as the stair case that threads its way horizontally through the centre of the home.

On the second level is a TV room with satellite, a fireplace and fan all of which leads out o­n to a patio with a small dining table. The pedestrian gate can also be accessed from this area. At this level there are three bedrooms all with television and fan. o­ne bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite while the other two share a separate shower room. For the enjoyment of those who like to have a games room that includes pool, table tennis and darts that too can be found o­n this level. A fully equipped kitchenette is also included for your convenience.

On the third level are two adjoining lounges, o­ne which is sunken, built around a central automatic fireplace and incorporating a large plasma screen. Behind the sitting area is a modern bar with a guest toilet and cloakroom attached. Moving forwards the lounge opens up outwards o­nto the main terrace and pool - a perfect space for entertaining and taking in the spectacular views! This outside has a stairway that moves up and o­nto the fourth floor as does the interior of the villa.

On the fourth floor are large dining tables both inside and out allowing you the option depending o­n the weather as well as your mood. Within the villa the kitchen is open plan and equipped with Gaggenau and Miele products. Included in its contents are a gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a pantry. For the culinary genius an atrium is located along the o­ne side of the kitchen to permit the growing of fresh herbs. Outside is a Weber and gas braai should you wish to braai/barbeque outdoors o­n Cape Town’s warm summer evenings. The butler’s room is separate and located at the back of the kitchen where the washing machine and dryer can also be found so as not to interfere with your stay.

On the Fifth level is a study area that looks out over the living area as well as the panoramic views that lend themselves so beautifully to the position of this spectacular structure. Behind the study is a home theatre and projector that has been decorated with memorabilia of Marilyn Monroe and other such celebrities and some wonderfully comfortable seating options.

On the sixth level is the all important master bedroom with fan, satellite television and full bathroom en suite. It also boasts a huge walk in dressing room and access o­nto a third outside area. This terrace has gorgeous views and a Jacuzzi.

The final floor comprises the fifth bedroom again with satellite television, fan and walk in dressing room. This bedroom also has a shower, toilet and steam room for six persons. Access to a small balcony at the back of the home is located here should guests in this room wish to read or relax in the small garden.

This villa adheres to the highest standards in terms of linen, furniture and finishes. The entire home has under-floor heating and air conditioning.
