The open plan living area and kitchen both feature sliding doors that have direct access to the terrace and splash pool. The terrace has a large 6 seater wooden patio table, 4 Hollywood style sun loungers and a gas barbeque.

The fully fitted kitchen is light an airy and offering direct access to the patio area, making entertaining a pleasure.

The lounge area has a large screen TV, satellite TV, DVD player and surround sound.

The three double bedrooms are luxurious, but functional with aircon and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also has sliding doors to the patio and splash pool, allowing for a private morning dip. There is wi-fi throughout the property.

There is a double garage as well as a large outside parking area nearby It is an easy 2 minute leisurely walk to Camps Bay beach and o­nly a 2 minute drive to the world famous Clifton beaches. It is just 300 metres to Beta Beach, a secluded and special beach that many visitors to Cape Town never see.

The vibrant bars and restaurants of the Camps Bay beachfront are o­nly 2 minutes walk away, the Table Mountain cableway is o­nly 5 minutes drive away and to the centre of Cape Town CBD takes less than 10.
