Fully furnished this beautiful French-style villa is situated at the base of Klein Leeukoppie mountain overlooking Llandudno beach There are stunning views of the ocean from all living and bedroom areas. There is a magnificent patio situated off the living room with a built in barbecue for alfresco entertaining overlooking the ocean. There is a second patio furnished with couches for enjoying sundowner cocktails while the sun sets. The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet’s dream with double Rossier gas stove and an eat-in table for 8-10 people.

The generous main bedroom (63m2) is upstairs and has a dressing room and bathroom en suite. The bedroom has two extra volume arched French doors leading out o­nto a private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea.The bathroom has a Victorian roll-top bath which looks over the ocean.

There are two more bedrooms upstairs (one double and o­ne single), both with sea views and a shared bathroom. These bedrooms have their own lounge with Satelite TV and video.

Downstairs is the 4th double bedroom with its bathroom situated across the passage. This bedroom
has French doors leading o­nto a patio with sea and mountain views.

A beautiful Provencal stone cottage is situated in the garden adjacent to the swimming pool. It comprises a lounge with patio and sea views, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with doors leading o­nto a patio and a bathroom with shower and bath.

The large swimming pool (9m) is situated in a landscaped, terraced garden and is very private

Access to the beach is via a path and is a 4min walk. Tennis and squash courts are situated within 100m of the house to which guests have access.
